Acceptance

By placing an order on CuteBearStore you agree to these terms.

Custom items

Items personalized through our customizer — including those built with text, uploaded artwork, or AI-generated imagery — are made-to-order. Once an order has been submitted to our print partner, the design is locked and the item cannot be cancelled or returned except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the rights to any artwork, text, or photo references you upload. We may refuse or cancel orders that depict trademarks you do not own, real people without their consent, or content that violates our acceptable-use policy (hate, sexual exploitation of minors, illegal goods).

AI-generated images

The AI image generator is provided as-is. You hold the rights to images you generate to the extent permitted by the underlying model provider's terms. We do not store your prompts or images for training.

Pricing & taxes

Prices are shown in USD and exclude shipping and taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before fulfillment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
