Custom items are final sale

Items personalized through our customizer — including those with uploaded artwork, custom text, or AI-generated imagery — are made just for you. Once your order has been submitted to our print partner, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind.

Defects & damage

If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit, email hello@cutebearstore.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll reprint or refund free of charge.

Wrong size

Please double-check the size chart on the product page before ordering. Because items are printed-to-order, exchanges for fit aren't available; check the chart and reach out before ordering if you're between sizes.

Cancellations

If you spot a mistake, email us within 30 minutes of placing the order and we'll do our best to stop production before it begins. After production starts the order is locked.
